New Skin Coming Soon

I am about to start working on an entirely new layout and skin. It will take me a while because I'm going to be ambitious with the new layout. Sidebar will still be there on the right, but other things will change such as c-box, affiliates, etc. I saw some talk about changing the c-box at one point, so if anyone has any good suggestions for the new layout, post 'em here =D

Very exciting!!! About the cbox, it would be lovely if it were a bit taller--as it is, it's hard to follow conversations if you become a bit ploofy for a few minutes, then come back x.x

One idea for the c-box is to place it in the sidebar. That way we can allow a bit more room for other things at the bottom of the page, and so we can allow it a bit more room and make it easier to read.

The only other thing I'd like to add is that the text on the pages is very light without having my screen on full brightness, and it makes it difficult to read. A good rule of thumb is to use dark or pure-white text for light or mid-tones and only use a light text for dark backgrounds. It may not look as nice, but it'd be much more practical.

Although, pure white text is annoying because it's very hard to see when you bold anything, and it hurts my eyes.

Really, Sparrow? I haven't noticed the text being hard to read at all on multiple different computers (except the rules for the c-box but I didn't really care about that).

And yes, I was either going to put the c-box in the sidebar or make it larger where it is and probably do away with the c-box rules as they're rather pointless.

Yeah. It might just be my computer, however, being as my laptop battery dies with Olympic speed if not on the lowest brightness setting.

Another option might just be a duplicate of the skin with darker or lighter text that people have the option to use.
