Here, I've got some goldenrod that'll clear that up pretty quick. So what cat clipped you this time? A rogue! On ThunderClan territory?! What's he look like now? I bet you gave him something to remember you by. He'll think twice before stealing prey from us again. Best Friend I can't stop myself from ever having a relationship with someone, even though I try really hard. I suppose I can at least allow myself to have a really good friend. But it can't be a she-cat! I can't be tempted to fall in love. Medicine Cats can't have mates. More specifically- they can't have kits! Friends I suppose bossy fur-balls don't get on every cat's nerves. Maybe there's some cats out there who can actually tolerate me. What do I know? I'm a Medicine Cat! I'll tell you this, though, I can't spend every waking moment with these 'friends'. I have my own duties. You warriors go about your business. Go on! Shoo! Apprentice StarClan knows I need a 'paw to boss around. It's not just 'cuz I want one. My mentor died young. There's got to be at least two cats in every clan who know their way around a patch of herbs. Just like there's two leaders- the leader and a deputy, there should be two Medicine Cats. I want a tom apprentice. And soon! I don't want to die and leave ThunderClan helpless! Enemies A Medicine Cat? Enemies? Well, alright, so I do step on a few tails sometimes. And I might have clipped some cat in a battle or two as a warrior apprentice... or as a Medicine Cat. Who knows? But yeah, some cat might hold a grudge against me. Rivals Apprentices and young warriors, mainly. I like to train with the older apprentices- make sure their skills are up to scratch and all that. Hey, the less wounds I have to treat, the better! Save those herbs for real emergencies- like sickness! Besides, I like to think I can give injuries as well as treat them. I'm not helpless, you know! You feel so far away... Crowfrost: Played by Blackie You look content with your life, mother, but I can sense your ambition. The way you look at Stormkit worries me. I hope it has nothing to do with the sense of loss that radiates from you... Stormkit: Played by Blackie I can't help but think we'll be growing farther apart than we realize, sister. I know you're bound to the medicine cat's den and I hope you understand why I'll be keeping my distance. Your den will be full of suffering, worry, and loss. I can't handle those feelings for very long. Icekit: Played by Otter! If our play fights prove anything, sis, you'll be a great warrior. Best Friend This is a title I don't give away very easily. When you're me, you don't want to get close to many cats. It hurts too much. If someone can wriggle their way into my inner circle, job well done. It'll take work, though. So if you want this spot, you need to be committed. And, as always, try not to be around me when you're depressed, hurt, or sad. But you'd know better... wouldn't you? Friends Like I said, I don't let many cats get too close to me, but I suppose I have to eat and bunk with some clanmates. These cats would probably be the ones I grow up with, my apprentice denmates and maybe a senior warrior or two. The ones who can stand me, anyways. Mentor Too young to have one, but when I do get a mentor, he better be able to handle me. To put it lightly, I'm very headstrong and don't obey very easily. You can't be nice, but you can't be demanding either. And don't forget to watch your back when I'm around. I like to practice my stealth at all times. Enemies I keep my enemies across the border as much as I can, but there might be a few cats who don't particularly get along with me on a day-to-day basis. I might have hurt some feelings or given a bad scar from time to time. I don't keep track. But if you hunt me down in battle or pick on me out of spite, believe me, I'll notice. Rivals It's all in good fun. These cats might get sent up the ladder to Friends or Enemies eventually, but for now, they're sparring partners or hunting opponents. Some of these can be across the border if we meet up at a gathering and hit it off on a good note or a bad. More than that, though, I'm surrounded by my guy posse all the time. I need to start hanging out with the girls from time to time and maybe start falling for one of those feisty she-cats. Friends Being me, I usually make friends quite easily. Mostly, they're all my old denmates from my apprentice days, but now that I'm leader, I have to spend more time with the senior warriors.
