Name Explanation: Stag- light brownish grey fur –paw; apprentice

APPEARANCE

Body Type: Small and sturdy

Fur: short, brownish grey

Eyes: Green

Markings: Some flecks of white, but not too many.

Overall: If you asked Stagpaw what he thought he looked like, the tom would probably tell you he was muscular and handsome. Up to another cat to decide if that is true, but he certainly isn’t a very ugly creature. The ShadowClan apprentice is small and sturdy in build; he is, basically, just out of the nursery, so the tom doesn’t have much muscle, but it is clear that, if he stays focused, he will become one of those warriors who wins with brute strength. The apprentice has a very short, nursery soft coat of brownish grey with a few white flecks here and there. With age, though, his coat will grow a bit rougher and claws will not be able to penetrate it easily.

Stagpaw has slanted green eyes fitted deep into their sockets, giving him a brooding expression, though that is far from the tom’s true personality…

PERSONALITY

Positive Traits: Dependable, Fun-loving, Focused, Loyal

Flaws: Sometimes too independent and opinionated; he is not afraid to talk, even in the most awkward of situations, or disobey a command if he believes it is just plain wrong.

Fears: The Thunderpath and rats

Quirks: Stagpaw has random moments where he is completely silent. They’re rare, but a bit creepy, as he’ll simply stare at one thing and shut up. Some do find it refreshing…the ShadowClan apprentice can also be found checking the shadows every night before lying down for bed.

Ideals: Loyalty and a cat who can talk.

Overall: Stagpaw’s appearance suggest a brooding cat, an ambitious one, or a cat who doesn’t know how to sit back and relax. Those descriptions are as far from Stagpaw as anything can ever be. He’s a fun-loving cat, which can sometimes get him into trouble, but not usually, for Stagpaw may set a toe over line, but he doesn’t ever get into serious trouble. At least, he tries very hard not to. The tom is a dependable cat- if he says he’ll do something, he’ll do it. If he promises to clean the elders den and the next day is just really beautiful, Stagpaw will stay in camp and clean out that den like he promised. He is also focused, though not always on the right things.

At times, Stagpaw is too independent. There are moments where he’ll simply walk off alone to explore the territory and just doesn’t want to work with any other cat. Stagpaw loves to talk, to say what he thinks, and often he comes off as opinionated. Unlike his sister, Stagpaw isn’t afraid to ignore a command, espiecally if he doesn’t believe it will benefit ShadowClan.

While Stagpaw is willing to have friends outside of his Clan, he is very loyal, and will have no issue fighting them if it is for the better of ShadowClan.

History: There isn’t a lot to say about Stagpaw, seeing as he has just been apprenticed. There was a time, though, right after he was weaned off milk, that the young tom ventured out of camp. It was night, but he only got a few feet before he saw a shadow in the woods (which was just another cat returning to camp), screamed, and ran back into the nursery.
