How did Firestar lose the lives he had after getting caught in that bear-trap thing?

How did Hollypaw die?

Is Leafpool the mother of those three kits?

Question number two:
Hollyleaf is not dead, but she has left the clans. She supposedly 'died' when the tunnels that Lionblaze found collapsed on her. However, Hunter has revealed that she is still alive.

Question number three:
Leafpool is the mother of Jayfeather, Lionblaze, and Hollyleaf.

4th life: He is killed while helping SkyClan fight rats

7th life: He is killed by a fox
8th life: Unknown
9th life: Unreleased
