HISTORY
Family: *May I request Jay's family in the request board? I can create the bios.
History: Jaywind has so far had a normal clan life. She was born in RiverClan to her mother Hollyfrost and her father Sunwing. Her brother is Hawkfang, then Hawk-kit.There was nothing special about her kitlife.
But many things happened when she was named Jaypaw.
Jaypaw's mentor was Runningflight, a strict tabby tom known for his fighting skills. While Hawkpaw went out with his mentor, Stormtooth, she was stuck in camp for her first moon caring for the elders. Runningflight had said that the first lesson to be learned as an apprentice is Respect. Jaypaw did gain much respect for others, and she gained much knowledge about the history before her.
After five more moons of learning how to be a warrior, she gained her warrior name Jaywind, for her ability to run at high speeds, and how she learned quickly.
As a warrior, Jaywind was like everyone else, hunting, protecting the clan, and every other duty known to a warrior.
She was named as a mentor at only 19 moons. Her apprentice was Reedpaw. Jaywind trained him exactly as her mentor trained her, Reedpaw was stuck in the camp for one moon even before he stepped one paw out of camp. Reedpaw didn't like it, she could tell, but he will thank her later for it.
On the third moon of training Reedpaw, he and Jaywind went out on a small patrol. While patrolling near the river, a strong gust of wind caused Reedpaw to lose his balance, his small stature was weak against the hard breeze. He was stumbling toward the river at a quick pace. What would Jaywind do? Just sit there and watch? No.
Jaywind grabbed Reedpaw and pulled his small body back over.
Reedpaw died one moon later of greencough.
Jaywind had gained the high rank of Deputy at 23 moons, the former deputy died of greencough, just as Reedpaw did.
RP SAMPLE
A slender she-cat appeared from the darkness of the Warriors den, her icy gaze fixed on the path in front of her paws.
Jaywind, the RiverClan deputy, walked toward the camp's entrance. Once again, she was out for one of her Nightly runs. She mostly did this to feel the wind in her fur ((No pun intended,)) the blood rush through he ears, the feeling of complete weightlessness that comes with the wonderful rush of running. Indeed she was a fast runner too, her thin body whipping through the crisp night air. Jaywind felt her paws tingling against smooth rock, she had made it out of camp. The RiverClan deputy lifted her head up to Silverpelt and let the cold wind shuffle through her fur. Wonderful. Just, wonderful.
Jaywind crouched down and took a mighty leap to start her off on her running trip. The deputy felt her paws touch the soft grass, she gracefully sprinted around the territory, enjoying this time alone. This was the only time that she could relive the stress of Co-leading a Clan. At last, she made it to the River.
Jaywind let her paws slide through the slick, damp grass up to her secret spot. The silver she-cat climbed up a large rock that fanned out over the river. Jaywind fixed her icy blue gaze on the rushing river below her. She exhaled deeply, letting all the tenseness come off her shoulders.
" What a beautiful Night...." Jaywind breathed.
The thin she-cat leaped down at the bank of the river, watching the waves lap slowly at the shore. Jaywind looked at her misty reflection. Large ears, soft features, icy eyes. She considered herself as beautiful. Jaywind turned away and leaped into the shade of the Willow trees.
Jaywind bounded into camp, leaving no evidence that she had been out. Her chest heaving in and out heavily, she stepped back into the dark den. Her paws touched the soft feeling of moss. Jaywind positioned herself and curled up, and let her long tail rest against her back paws.
Jaywind closed her eyes and let dreams engulf her mind.
"Oh yes, what a wonderful night."
