Welcome to Lutraine, one of the biggest cities south of the United States.
Many lives have been decayed to ruin along with their former homes. After a massive hurricane hit the little town of Nenbrook, chaos emerged in the ruins in the form of a devastated feline population. Little known to the humans who lived in the area, the surrounding forests were home to many cats- and the aftermath of the storm caught up to them. With their beloved home destroyed, they set out to find a new world, with many left still searching for the loved that they lost. Some will welcome the new cats, while others may not understand them. It's a whole new life not too far ahead- the question is:
