Name Explanation: what the prefix means and what the suffix means
Gender: Tom or she-cat
Age: In moons, please. Remember, there are approximately 12 moons in a year.
Clan: ThunderClan, RiverClan or WindClan. You may not be a loner or rogue unless given special permission.
Rank: Leader, Deputy, Medicine Cat, Warrior, Apprentice, Queen, Elder, Kit (There are exceptions to these ranks; please read about them in the rules thread)

APPEARANCE

Body Type: Thin, tall, stocky? (Describe in just one or two words.)
Fur: Only realistic colors (Describe in just one or two words. Simply state "ginger" or "black and white.")
Eyes: Only realistic colors
Markings: Only realistic markings (Tabby, spots, scars, etc.)
Overall: A brief paragraph about the overall appearance of your character and how they come off as from looks alone.

PERSONALITY

Positive Traits: List at least four
Flaws: List at least four
Fears: List at least two (we'd like to see something other than death)
Quirks: List at least two (make them their own cat!)
Ideals: What do they value? Honor, loyalty? List at least two.
Overall: A brief paragraph about how your character appears at first glance from their personality. What would other characters see in them on a first meeting?

HISTORY

Family: List of relatives
History: A brief paragraph about your cats' heritage, battles they might be in, et cetera. Please refer to our list of events instead of making up a battle.
