GENERAL
Name: Lilypelt
Name Explanation: Lily – creamy white; Pelt – white fur!
Gender: She-cat
Age:39 moons
Clan: ShadowClan
Rank: Warrior
APPEARANCE
Body Type: Long-legged, slender and lean
Fur: Creamy white
Eyes: Pale green
Markings: Her left ear is brown tabby in color
Overall: Lilypelt has a beautiful, long pelt of creamy white fur covering a lean form. Her legs are abnormally long, perfect for traversing across ShadowClan’s swampy land. Her left ear is the only part of her that is not a rich creamy-white but is instead brown and tabbied, fading quickly back to her normal colorings. Pale green eyes create a stark contrast with her milky fur.
PERSONALITY
Positive Traits:
-- Proud: Lilypelt is proud of her Clan, herself and her children. Though this pride can become vanity, it is not all bad. She always carries her head high, unashamed.
-- Able to Speak her Mind: Though occasionally this can get her into trouble, her assertiveness is quite useful to Willowstar and Duskfrost when they need an honest opinion.
-- Independent: She needs no one to support her in life unlike some weaker females.
-- Open: Non-judgmental and open to change, Lilypelt acts the same to everyone: mostly kind if a little bitchy. Her openness extends to the warriors’ code which she interprets rather loosely.
-- Friendly: Overall, Lilypelt is a friendly cat if not overly sociable. She has some bitchy moments, but she’s usually kind. However, she is not one of those sappy overly compassionate queens.
Flaws:
-- Vain: Lilypelt thinks a little too highly of herself and often comes across as arrogant and vain.
-- Short Temper: Little things can set her off. She doesn’t yell when she’s mad, but gets a cold irritation to her personality.
-- Not very loyal: She likes the Clan for only a few reasons: Safety and strength. She has no true loyal attachment to them and would not be against betrayal for her own gains.
-- Does not believe in StarClan: Sometimes a strength, sometimes a weakness but always seen as a personality flaw by the other warriors.
Fears: Being controlled, Foxes
Quirks: She likes swimming despite being a ShadowClan cat, Wanders alone around ShadowClan territory quite often
Ideals: Independence, Openness
Overall: Lilypelt is a hard cat to read. She gives off an air of mystery at first meeting, someone who just can’t be figured out. Her independence is her most noticeable trait but the combination of her open and friendly nature and her vanity and short temper create a bit of an anomaly for her acquaintances. Once you get to know her better, you begin to realize how these different traits mix together to create a strong and independent she-cat who is less than loyal. To some, she leaves a bad taste, to others she inspires hope.
HISTORY
Family: Mothpaw (living, son); Icefoot (dead, mother) Hawkwing (dead, father); Falconflight (living, brother)
History:
kithood
Lilykit was born to Icefoot and Hawkwing of ShadowClan on a rain new-leaf day. She was the only female in a litter of four. Her three brothers were named Whitekit, Mudkit and Falconkit. The four of them were always getting into trouble, wandering around the territory unsupervised and picking fights with other animals. Lilykit always led these unauthorized expeditions which led to her independence and vanity later in life. Eventually, one of these expeditions turned fatal. The siblings decided to take on a fox that was invading ShadowClan territory. Mudkit and Whitekit lost their lives while Lilykit and Falconkit barely escaped with their lives. The two surviving kits were terrified and unable to leave camp for moons after the encounter. This, along with punishments, kept them from becoming apprentices until 8 moons of age.
apprenticeship
Lilypaw and Falconpaw were named together and given two respected warriors as their mentors. Falconpaw was an excellent apprentice and did everything his mentor instructed while Lilypaw was obstinate and too independent for her own good. Falconpaw became Falconflight long before Lilypaw received her own name of Lilypelt. Though she was an able-bodied warrior, her mentor was fed-up with her independence and lack of loyalty.
warrior
Finally joining Falconflight in the warriors’ den, it seemed Lilypelt calmed down a bit and began to respect her superiors better. But then she became pregnant and no toms in ShadowClan had mated with her. Lilypelt’s reputation sunk again as she admitted openly that a RiverClan cat had fathered her children. No strife erupted over the kits and ShadowClan kept them and raised them as if they were pureblooded. Lilypelt, through fighting prowess, slowly climbed back to a position of respect after her kits had been named apprentices.
